Ecofox is an Australian owned and operated wholesale supplier of sustainable food packaging and hospitality products. We supply cafés, restaurants, takeaways, caterers, supermarkets and food manufacturers. Ecofox is a trading name of Little Master Services Pty Ltd (ABN 60 665 644 799).

How do I set up a wholesale account?
Create your account on our Supplyd wholesale portal. Once approved, you’ll see wholesale carton pricing and can order online any time. See our Wholesale page for details.
Do I need an account to buy from Ecofox?
No. You can buy straight from our online shop. A wholesale account gives you trade pricing and online ordering through our portal.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for large orders?
Yes. Our range is supplied in bulk cartons at competitive wholesale prices, with solutions for both small and high-volume operators.
How do I place an order?
Order through our online shop or the wholesale portal, or contact us by phone or email.
Do you offer quotes?
Yes. Send us your products and quantities and we’ll come back with a quote, including for custom print orders.
Can I buy single sleeves instead of full cartons?
Our products are sold by the carton. Pack quantities are shown on each product. Contact us if you need help choosing the right quantity.
Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free for local businesses on orders over $350 within Melbourne Metro.
Do you deliver outside Melbourne?
Ecofox supplies food businesses across Australia. Contact us for delivery options and costs to your area.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and the products ordered. We’ll confirm timing when your order is processed. For anything urgent, give us a call.
My order is missing items or has the wrong products. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible on 0402 401 246 or info@ecofox.com.au with your order details and we’ll sort it out.
How do I process a return?
Returns are handled under our refund policy. Get in touch with your order number to start a return.

What products do you supply?

What materials do you use?
We prioritise renewable, responsibly sourced and lower-impact materials: paper and paperboard, sugarcane bagasse, PLA bioplastic, and wood and bamboo.
What is sugarcane bagasse?
Bagasse is made from reclaimed sugarcane fibre left over after sugar production. It’s durable and suits both hot and cold food.
What is the difference between aqueous coated and PLA-lined cups?
Both replace a conventional plastic lining. An aqueous coating is a water-based dispersion coating that gives moisture resistance with reduced synthetic polymer content. A PLA lining is a plant-derived moisture barrier used in compostable packaging.
What is PLA?
PLA is a plant-based alternative to conventional plastic, commonly used for cup linings, lids and cold cups and containers.

Custom Print
What can you custom print?
Coffee cups and lids, cold drink cups, takeaway containers, paper and carry bags, pizza boxes, napkins and food paper, and plates, trays and packaging accessories.
How does custom printing work?
Send us your products and quantities, then your logo or design files. We prepare a digital proof for your approval, produce your order and deliver it to you.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities may apply, depending on the product. We’ll confirm them with your quote.
What is the lead time?
Production time depends on the product and design. Timeframes are confirmed when we quote.
Sustainability & Disposal
What’s the difference between “biodegradable” and “compostable”?
“Biodegradable” only means a material will eventually break down, with no set timeframe or conditions. “Compostable” means it’s designed to break down into compost under specific composting conditions within a defined time.
How should I dispose of compostable packaging?
Compostable packaging should go to a composting facility that accepts it. Facilities differ between councils, so we encourage customers to check local disposal pathways and composting options.
Which products are recyclable?
Many of our paper and board products are widely recyclable, along with other recyclable packaging in our range. Recycling rules vary by council, so check what your local service accepts.
What does Ecofox do to support responsible packaging?
We support compostable product ranges, recyclable packaging, FSC-certified paper products (where available) and reduced-plastic alternatives, and aim to give clear information so you can make informed choices.
